These Bonus Terms apply to every promotion offered by SapphireBet, operated by Hermes Consulting Company N.V. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions. By claiming any bonus you accept these rules.
1. General bonus rules
Bonuses are optional and must be actively claimed. Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time, and bonus funds must be wagered before any related winnings can be withdrawn. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion, and to withhold a bonus where terms are breached.
2. Welcome bonus
New players can claim a 100% match up to ₱6,000 on their first deposit. The bonus carries a 5x accumulator wagering requirement and is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited. Any remaining bonus balance is removed once the validity period ends.
3. Eligibility
The welcome bonus is available to new, verified players aged 21 and over who have made a qualifying deposit. It is limited to one per player, household, IP address and device. Duplicate or linked accounts are not eligible.
4. Wagering requirements explained
A wagering requirement is the number of times you must stake the bonus before it can be withdrawn. A 5x accumulator requirement means that if you receive a ₱6,000 bonus, you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying accumulator bets (₱6,000 × 5) before the funds convert to withdrawable cash. Only settled bets count toward this total.
5. Minimum odds and excluded markets and games
To count toward wagering, each selection in an accumulator must meet the minimum odds published with the offer. Cashed-out, void, drawn and certain low-margin bets do not contribute. Some markets and games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate; the specific list is shown with each promotion.
6. Maximum bet while wagering
While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum stake per bet applies as stated in the offer. Placing bets above this limit, or attempting to secure the bonus through low-risk or hedged betting patterns, may result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided.
7. Cashback
We offer two cashback rewards, subject to their own conditions:
- 25% cashback on selected major football leagues, applied to qualifying net losses
- 3% weekly cashback calculated on your net weekly play and credited automatically
Cashback amounts and qualifying activity are defined in each cashback promotion's terms.
8. Bonus abuse and voiding
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage — including multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage, matched or hedged betting, or the use of another person's payment method — is considered bonus abuse. Where we detect abuse, we may void the bonus and associated winnings, and take action under our Terms and Conditions.
9. Expiry
Each bonus must be used and wagered within its stated validity period, which is 30 days for the welcome bonus unless otherwise specified. Unused or partially wagered bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
